The store is really well kept, is located right next to the beautiful Trinity River, and my terrier absolutely loved the little peanut butter biscuit treats that they were selling to support local dog rescue programs. I tried some of their seasonal end-of-summer and early autumn cookies, and they tasted great as a wonderful treat with a nice roasted hazelnut coffee. 😋 The staff was all really friendly, helpful, and prompt with their service. Will definitely be stopping by again sometime!

Not only is the inside welcoming, but so is the staff! I ordered a slice of Carrot Cake, a strawberry cupcake, a red velvet, and two others (I can't remember the flavor🤦🏾‍♀️). Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. Since my youngest stole my strawberry cupcake, I am assuming it must have been a hit! The frosting for the Carrot Cake was just right...i think it's now my favorite! Be sure to give them a try!!!

I would literally drive 100-miles just for a piece of this carrot cake! The texture and flavor profiles in this piece of cake are truly amazing. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. And I believe this is the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. The location is elegant and inviting with excellent customer service. Some have mentioned the price. feel the prices are just right for what you get. My entire party of 6 agreed the cupcakes are amazing. Especially the flourless one. It’s like a gooey brownie. I also love that they provide a military discount. Just another reason why I’ll frequent this location before any other cupcake shops. To be honest. I haven’t come across one that can touch this place anyway. Phenomenal!

I got to try their cupcakes and cookies from the TGTG app. They were all so decadent and tasty!My favorites were the cookies and chocolate cupcakes I received. The chocolate cupcakes were so rich, and usually I hate icing, but the icing was so good. The cookies were amazing, so buttery. I didn’t know cookies could taste better than they already do. 😆 The staff was very accommodating, addressing me after they were done with the previous customer while some others were looking at cake options and asked if I wanted a bag to which I declined. Definitely wanna head back again, so tasty. 🤤

I had stopped by to pick up some cake yesterday and a lovely associated named Renee helped me with my order. I mentioned that the last time I had picked up some marble cake, the bottom part of the cake was dry and she thanked me for my feedback, so she could take it back to the baker. She then proceeded to not charge me for the couple of slices of cake - if this is not top notch customer service, I don't know what else is !! All they wanted was to have the customer be satisfied and happy with their products. Lifetime customer here thanks to Renee !

Susie's Cakes in Fort Worth is hands down one of the best bakeries I've ever visited—and their red velvet cake is truly something special. It's the perfect balance of rich flavor and a light, moist texture, topped with the creamiest, most decadent cream cheese frosting I've ever tasted. Every bite melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. Highly recommend Susie's Cakes to anyone in the Fort Worth area—it's a sweet experience you won’t forget!

The lady who helped us was incredibly kind and helpful. It was my son’s birthday and she was beyond sweet. The vainilla and red velvet cupcakes purchased were both delicious!

I went in the other night and fell absolutely in love with the selection of baked goods. The customer service was excellent! I ended up ordering ome of almost everything. I have to say: The one that most impressed me was the red velvet cupcake. It is soooo hard to find red velvet done right. And they did it! Fluffy, excellent flavor and just the right amount of sweetness to the icing. Their regular icing is butter based, as opposed to shortening like many other bakeries. I was very impressed! I also loved the peanut butter sandwich cookie. My daughter added banana to her's at home and it was AMAZING! I loved this bakery and will be back! Well done!

This order was really special to me as it was for my partner, and even though I couldn’t be there with him, SusieCakes was! 💕 They helped me make this surprise come true, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Let me start off by saying the Cake was beautiful, the cake was delicious, and the cake was ready right on time. I did not receive the name of the lady that assisted me because of the Valentine’s Day madness. But she handled me like she owned the place! With great care and got me in and out! It’s not just Valentine’s Day for me, it’s my wife’s birthday, so convenience amongst a day full of chaos is very much appreciated. My wife loved the cake and says all of her friends adore it! I love the vintage valentines myself; my wife has requested it again for next year. Thank you suziecakes for making this years birthday cake unforgettable! —**** UPDATE ****— Today I just came in for my birthday, and I was delighted to have received a free peice of cake, aswell as happy birthday wishes from the staff. Since I posted the original review for my wife’s birthday, I have been back 3-4 times; I’m always greeted with a lovely smile from the staff and pure positivity. I cannot express enough how much I have fallen in love with this company; no other bakery will be getting my money!
